What we collect
When you request a night mockup or visit, we collect what you type into the form, which is your name, phone, email, address or neighborhood and any notes, plus any photo you upload. If we visit your home, we may take measurements and photos of the exterior.
How we use it
- To create your mockup or quote and to contact you about them.
- To schedule and carry out work you ask for, and to follow up afterward.
- For Founding Homes only: to photograph your home before and after installation and use those images in our marketing, with your written permission.
Where it's stored
We manage customer records in Curbsight, our sister company's CRM. When you send the quote form, your answers and any photo you attach are emailed to Sol through FormSubmit, a form-to-email service. FormSubmit says it uses form data only to deliver it and keeps submissions for up to 30 days. See FormSubmit's privacy policy.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it except with service providers who help us run the business, such as our CRM and form provider, or when the law requires it.
